The idea of breathing a new life into a room is exciting! During the discover stage you are organizing your ideas, always keeping in mind the specific function of the space. This is where your needs and objectives are identified. From colors to textures – this is the time to brainstorm!

Plan

Honest and transparent relationships are key. During the planning stage, Terry helps you stay on budget and finds the best value. Clients can trust that they are buying the right things and making choices that will benefit them in the end and for a long time. This is the time for space planning and furniture layouts, with plenty of sketches to help you visualize your space. Furniture, fabrics, colors, and finishes will be refined. The resulting design is presented for final approval.

Create

It’s time to create a space that brings you happiness, peacefulness, and serenity. Terry creates designs that bring a fresh new energy to any space. Several years ago, my husband and I faced the task of downsizing from our home to an apartment. Terry Gustafson had been recommended very highly to help us with what seemed to be a very daunting task. From our first meeting, I knew that we were going to be in very good hands. She guided us tirelessly as we eliminated many pieces of furniture that would not work and in the purchasing of some lovely new pieces. She also planned, designed and orchestrated installation of built-ins around the fireplace, an eating nook in the kitchen, and a storage chest for the den, carefully matching paints to perfection.
