This client was referred to me when she found herself in a position to tackle the long desired remodeling of three bathrooms. We worked together to make her selections so the contractor bids could be consistent and accurate. When the work was completed I asked her for her favorite element and she said, “I can’t decide. I love it all.”

Lakes Condo
These clients decided to downsize from a 3,000+ SQFT home to a 1000 SQFT condo. The sales happened quickly and we had less than two months to determine the selections and what furniture would fit and what new items would be needed before the clients left town for the winter months. They had already contacted a contractor with whom they had worked previously who agreed to fit them into their schedule. We worked diligently to get all the selections made in the required time frame.

I was brought into this project by a contractor with whom I have worked with on previous projects. The clients liked their kitchen layout but wanted to update the Tuscan style with something lighter and brighter. We met for the first time at the end of December 2019 with the plan of starting the update in May 2020. After hearing the clients’ vision I went to work to find the backsplash tile, countertop (Cambria), paint (cabinets and wall), lighting and fabric for window treatments and upholstery. In mid January I received a call from the contractor saying he could start the project in February. I was off the races. After finding what I thought might be the perfect fabric for the new roman shades everything else fell into place. I showed the client two options and they loved the first one I showed them. The project was completed prior to the COVID lockdown. This turned out to be quite timely since both clients had to start working from home during the shutdown and would not have been able to deal with construction had the project stayed with the original start date of May…
